1. Services Description
Frost Lake Adventures provides guided family ice fishing trip services on frozen lake locations in mountain regions of Central Asia. Our services include guided fishing sessions, equipment rental, heated shelter access, and related outdoor adventure experiences as described in our package offerings.
2. Booking & Reservations
All trip bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit (30% of the total package price) and issuance of a written confirmation from Frost Lake Adventures. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

- Confirmation is provided via email within 2 business hours during operating season
- Full payment is due 7 days before the scheduled trip date
- Prices listed are per family of up to 4 persons unless otherwise specified
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 14+ days notice: Full refund of all payments made
- 7–13 days notice: 50% refund of total amount paid
- Less than 7 days: No monetary refund; however, we offer one free rescheduling within the same season
- Weather/safety cancellations by us: Full refund or free rescheduling at your choice
4. Participant Health & Safety
By booking a trip, you confirm that all participants are in suitable physical condition to participate in outdoor winter activities. You agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions provided by our guides at all times
- Wear all safety equipment provided or required
- Inform us in advance of any medical conditions, disabilities, or health concerns
- Not participate while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Supervise children in your group at all times
5. Liability Waiver
Participation in ice fishing activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, exposure to cold temperatures, wet conditions, slippery surfaces, and the general hazards of outdoor winter environments. By booking a trip, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.
Frost Lake Adventures, its employees, guides, and contractors shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in our activities, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. All adult participants will be required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival.
6. Equipment & Property
All equipment provided by Frost Lake Adventures must be used responsibly and returned in the condition it was provided. You are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any equipment damaged due to negligence or misuse by members of your group.
7. Fishing Regulations
All fishing activities are conducted in compliance with the applicable fishing and wildlife regulations of the respective trip location. Catch limits, size restrictions, and seasonal rules apply. Our guides will ensure all legal requirements are met. Guests are responsible for obtaining any required personal fishing licenses if applicable.
8. Photography & Media
By participating in our trips, you consent to being photographed or filmed for use in our promotional materials, website, and social media channels. Please inform us before your trip if you do not consent to the use of your image. We will respect any such request.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Frost Lake Adventures. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited without our written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
